"The resort property and amenities is very nice and the location is lovely. Our room was just ok and needed some minor maintenance. The curtain rod was falling down and molding was coming off in the bathroom. It also was not stocked with enough towels for the number of people we booked the room for (3) and they did not restock supplies in the room, such as coffee. We had to ask at the main desk each time. We did not eat at the restaurant except for dessert one night by the pool. Our waiter that...

"The stay was great! Check in and out was easy. Accommodations were exactly what we wanted with pluses to include the warm wood burning stove in the tent and access to coffee early 6 am. We did eat at the site and found the food to be excellent. We definitely recommend UCLP to anyone! "

"The clerk at the front desk did not give us introduction of the room or property. Getting onto the property is difficult. No microwave. Was supposed to be handicap room. Had 3 steps into room and no special accomodations in bathroom. The cafe was mediocre and expensive."
