"Our stay was fine. However, we were not told in advance that its a $50.00 fee for our dog to spend the night. When I read a brief review of hotel it said it was pet friendly."
"Beautiful property and lovely rooms. Staff very helpful but I had an issue with being charged for my room even though it was prepaid via Expedia. It took four phone calls to get the correct person to take care of the issue after I checked out. This probably isn’t a normal issue for most guests. There is free coffee in room which is best to use as the hotel restaurant was understaffed so best to relax and don’t expect to rush through breakfast.
Housekeeping was on point and room was immaculate."
"Room was clean and passed inspection by friend who checks everything. Bed was very comfortable, one of the best and I travel in US and internationally quite a bit. Sound insulation was only ding (could hear folks walking on floor above).. no other issues though"
