"Good breakfast. Broken blind in room. Bathtub was very slippery- almost fell in shower"

"So bad that we were only there for 30 mins and didn’t stay the night. There was a line at the check-in desk so we stood there for almost 30mins to actually get checked in. All guests 18+ need to provide their id at check-in which I wasn’t aware about. Then when we received our key cards we went to our room. The room was not like the photos and reviews at all. The pillows were flat, the sheets had stains, there was dust on every surface, and the cleaning cart was parked right in front of our door when we arrived. We let the staff know that the room did not meet our expectations and they just canceled our reservation and let me know that it was non-refundable."

"The breakfast was delicious, but there were stains in the bathroom, the tub was peeling, and it all just felt old. Additionally the curtain in our room was missing part of it and it had been installed off center so the parking lot light right outside our window was shining through. We had to keep the wardobe door open to block the light from shining right onto the bed where we were sleeping. "
