"Good: 1. Clean room. 2. Friendly staff. 3. Smooth check-in. 4. Free parking when directly booked with hotel. 5. Check out time is 11am which is nice. 6. Fan is provided in the room during heatwave period. Bad: 1. Bar closed at 10pm rather than the said 11pm on the hotel official website. 2. Family slot for swimming pool closed at 7:45pm and from 7:45pm to 8:45pm are reserved for adults only. 3. Hot food choice of the breakfast buffet is very limited."

"Really enjoyed my stay at Bank House, the room appeared freshly redecorated and modernised. Very comfy large bed and most importantly dog friendly. Stayed for an event at Uttoxeter Racecourse which was 5 minutes down the road. Would 100% stay again. Unfortunately I had to leave very early every morning so I didnt get the opportunity to try breakfast. Also meant I had no way of checking out so I handed my key in to someone I assumed was a member of staff I assume was there to clean early in the morning."
