"Very kind and helpful! Right next door to Cahal Pech so ruins are within steps from the hotel property. The food was great! Breakfast and dinner especially the lobster 5 stars! All staff was helpful and friendly! Loved Genesis and Paula was there anytime we needed her. The pool and hot tub were beautiful! The property in itself is beautiful and natural. My bag broke when I arrived and they fixed it for me asap."
