"A room with a view and a welcome as warm as the setting sun. We had an idyllic night in the Inferno room. Well worth the small upgrade fee to be facing South and enjoy the same view that the vines enjoy all year round. The bed was very comfortable, the location was very peaceful and the Ill Poggerio restaurant is the perfect accompaniment to the tranquil setting. Breakfast is simple and wholesome. "The hotel from top to bottom was Fabulous. Great staff, friendly and professional. Old World Charm at its best. Daily menus as well as full menu. Buffet Breakfast. Room was clean, spacious (double) with a small balcony. Pool, fitness room, location 5 minute walk to Bobsleigh Track and Cresta Run. Shuttle available at train station if needed. Email train arrival time ahead. I will be back soon!"

The property is spread across several buildings, so you need to walk outside to get to the spa, wellness area, and breakfast. Our room could use a bit of an upgrade, especially the flooring, which looked quite worn. Otherwise, everything is beautiful — the views are picture-perfect and the fresh mountain air is amazing."
