"We thought we were reserving at a hotel, but it was really a weird venue somewhere between an Airbnb and a hotel. It was a "Guest House". No reception, no room service, no concierge, no assistance with luggage, no pool or spa. The room was fine, although the image of the room in the reservation ad was not the room we stayed in. We never saw another human except a person in a little office beside the front door. The room amenities were fine We would not go back and feel that the advertising...
