"I travelled to the Tourotel expecting the worst given a lot of the reviews, and was pleasantly surprised and can only suggest those giving such poor reviews haven't stayed in ski accommodation before or hadn't looked at any of the photos. "A well appointed apartment, in what appears to be a relatively newly built or refurbished block. Underfloor heating, nice bathrooms and furnishings, flatscreen tv's and a good kitchen. There is a nice pool & spa in the complex, and the boot room has heaters for boots and gloves. "Very dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and was generally very run down. I felt like I was back in the college dorms, but worse. They were surprised we didn't travel with towels (apparently this is a think in Europe). They charged us 18 Euros for one towel that we then had to share between 4 people for the week. "Good value get what you pay for. Too many stairs without a lift difficult with suitcases and skis and high altitude!! Not exactly ski out. Close to night life but not noisy. Sewerage smell coming from drains in showers."
