Serviced Apartment di Valais

"Pros: the room was very clean Cons: there is no air conditioning and air circulation at all and even with the window wide open and a fan going all night at the beginning of October, the room was sweltering. Restaurant : took forever, food was raw and had to be sent back, they rebooked and apologized profusely and gave us a reduction on our bill."

"Good Location and convenient. But check in at 4pm is way too late and 11 am for check out i didn't like it."

"Positives--unique architecture, furnishings, stunning views and huge amount of space. Concierge reached out weeks in advance regarding check-in, met us at the time of our arrival in Zermatt and was great about communication throughout the weekend. Also assisted with holding luggage and taxi to train station. Negatives--you can't stay in this rental if walking is any kind of struggle for you (it was fine for us in late fall / very beginning of winter). It is reached via an alley / tunnel from...

"The staff who assisted us were excellent; very helpful and personable. The location (we were in Blue) was great; near the bus stop and lifts. The photo's are accurate. the views from the patio are very good. The layout is just a little odd (no shower, but a tub in the downstairs master, bathroom lighting obstructs the mirror if you are relatively tall). figuring out the light switches took some work for us. The biggest drawback for us was that the seating in the main community area (couch)...

"Truly stunning apartment. Fantastic location - just off main-street so quiet but easy to get everywhere. Breakfast in room each day, very nice touch. We couldn't recommend more highly. Will def go back."

"Excellent location. Wonderful staff. A bit expensive but then that is crans Montana. "

"The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay."

"La última ciudad para llegar en auto y visitar Zermatt en tren, la estación a 100 metros del hotel. Los dueños muy atentos, a la llegada ya nos explicaron y nos recomendarían que hacer y qué ver, los mejores puntos y pueblos de la zona, también te venden el pase del tren ellos más económico que en la estación. Habitación recién hecha con cocina completa, grande cómoda y con una excelente vista a matherhom."

"Great appartment with magnificent views! The rooms are spacious, lots of storage, everything is extremely clean and all utilities are present for a pleasant stay! The host was very nice and welcoming, we will definetly be back!"
