"Worst nights sleep ever!! The beds were the biggest issue and the main reason I would not recommend Wyndham Residences Algarve Carvoeiro. We expected a new 4-star hotel experience, but the bed was unbelievably hard. Genuinely the hardest and most uncomfortable hotel bed we have ever slept on. There was no topper or anything to soften it, and my back still hurts. Our friends had a separate room and had the same experience. None of us slept well. The room also got extremely hot. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool area was so relaxing with great views. We were able to easily get a boat to the Benigal caves. "I loved every bit of this hotel down to the little things . Room was clean and they offer to change daily if you want .breakfast buffet was off the charts with soo many options which I loved . Staff was very friendly and helpful . Very serene and quiet around the hotel which was important for me . It’s walkable to beach and the old town so it’s perfect to do many things around without a car"

"The rooms were old and in need to be renovated. The mold was so bad we asked for a new room . Even though the new room had some mold and cracks in the walls and ceiling. The room decor was old and carpet frayed . The towels were smelly and the mini fridge wasn’t working at all. There is many reasons I wouldn’t ever come back or recommend this place to anyone.
