However the resort is becoming a bit tired, we stayed in the same room as last year and the broken drawers from last year hadn’t been fixed (we reported this last year). "What a great find! This hotel has a cool contemporary feel with stylish decor but not over fancy and boring or showy. The staff were always super friendly. The rooms (we had the standard) were spacious with big beds. The breakfast and dinner was amazing, we did half board which was worth it. They give you a voucher if you can’t make dinner but want to eat lunch instead in the pool cafe. My only complaint is having to pay €4.50 for water at dinner! At this nightly price I would expect free filtered water. Otherwise a great stay and would visit another of the PortoBay hotels again for sure"
