"We want to appreciate the great service provided by the staff at the hotel. Special shoutout to Lili who was at the restaurant. She was super helpful in providing us vegetarian alternatives and was kind enough to even fit in some more options to be made to suit our vegetarian palette. The reception staff was also extremely helpful with super checkin/checkout experience. They were also kind enough to provide us breakfast alternatives on days when we had to leave earlier than the scheduled breakfast time."
"I travelled with my husband and 2 children aged 6 and 9. We booked a junior suite which was spacious and clean though could do with better lighting .
FOOD Breakfast was nice with plenty of fresh fruit but would have been elevated by having a fresh egg station - you could order omelettes but this wasn’t advertised. We ate in the lobby bar on the first day and ordered burgers - one came so rare it could not be eaten, we were not charged for it but I think this is a basic food that should be right every time. The staff were friendly in trying to rectify the situation.
LOCATION It’s a little further out from the old town and main attractions but this didn’t bother as Ubers and other taxis were quick, journeys short and affordable.
AMENITIES We specifically chose a hotel with a pool, it was small but ample for the purpose of a quick refresh but the pool is not heated and was very cold for both us and our children despite it being the middle of summer.
GENERAL There were complimentary water bottles in the room on the first day but thereafter only included if you were staying on a premium floor. However, there was water available in the lobby so you could refill your own or plastic water bottles.
Overall, it was a positive stay and we had a good time."
"We stayed for 8 nights, room was spacious with a king size bed, sofa, desk with chair and plenty of hanging space for clothes and shelves for foldables. Bath is very deep with integrated shower. Hotel itself is lovely and clean and the staff are great, very helpful with any questions or requests. Its only a small walk from the beach and its gorgeous promenade. If you're renting bikes it has a space location in the building to store and lock them up. Rooftop terrace is lovely and a great escape if the beach gets too hot or as we found it can get windy and sand gets blown everywhere. Overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable and would highly recommend. A shout out to all the lovely staff at the reception area and especially to Josh with his unmatched energy to make sure everything was satisfactory whenever he met us at breakfast."
"We loved the location, and the hotel was overall great - the breakfast is fantastic! The only complaint was the elevators; there are only three, and only two are working at any given time. One is specifically for freight. With that said, I would definitey stay there again."
