"Room clean, thin walls. Woke up every morning at 5 with stomping in the above room. "

"Dusty room, looked like it wasn’t used or cleaned in a while. Doors on outside perimeters were unsecured. Staff were nice. Small pool and gym area. "

"The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point."

"The property is going thru an update process but it need more work, the ac didnt work and the bathroom tub needs attention, i had to pay the price before the city was fully booked but very expensive for what i paid"

"Older hotel but very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful especially gentleman at front desk. Carmen, the hotel driver goes out of her way to assist in your needs."

"We only had one roll of toilet paper and one small trash bag, we had to buy hand soap, and cleaning is biweekly so there was no housekeeping while we were there."

"The room was partially remodeled Bathroom was old. Building is under construction and workers walking the hall outside the room. Did not like opening the door and seeing workers traipsing thru the hallways. The air conditioning was horrible!!!! Temp in room as low as could go and heat was coming out the vents!!! We had to go outside to cool down. We had No staff complaints. Breakfast was as expected."

"Comfortable and clean . They transferred us to airport at 4:30am for our early morning flight. This was very convenient."

"No air conditioning. rooms were very hot first couple of nights. Window wouldn’t open to outside and no maintenance available to fix the window. They did not clean our room the 3 days we were there even though they seemed to be cleaning rooms around us. Staff were friendly but seemed to be understaffed. Definitely not up to the same standard as other embassy suites "
