We generally really enjoyed our stay. The only aspect I would have had a better experience, is if there were softer ambient lights as options in the room and bathroom/toilet.

Was a great stay in the Mercure Valkenburg for a business trip. Nice spacious room with walk in shower. Breakfast was nice selection of hot and cold options. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only downside was no customer parking available on site which is my error

Room was cold, bathroom dark, breakfast - late
Maximum you can put is 20 degrees, however in reality it is less. In hallways was warmer than in room
Breakfast starts at 7am, 7:10 no warm food yet
Shower drain installed so poorly it floods the whole bathroom

The Reception staff much improved since our last visit. They were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is comfortable and in a great location. Parking continues to be a problem - there isn’t any! You need to pay and park on the street which is 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Voorgerecht prima Hoofdgerecht, zeer teleurstellend. Beenham bijna koud, verschrompelde aardappeltjes, oude groente. Nagerecht, veel te groot stuk taart.
