"I paid for a room upgrade to a king sized bed but the suite we got was not a king sized bed. I requested a suite change or a refund for the upgrade but they wouldn’t give it to me or even respond. I followed up with the front desk, emailed, texted and no response. It’s ridiculous- I have a receipt and confirmation for payment of the upgrade that said king sized bed, and they basically just laughed at me and refused. Furthermore the room was not very clean, the floor was dirty when we arrived...
