The experience of staying the bubble was great but the staff was horrible!! Well the only 2 ladies that checked us in. I made the reservation a month advance and booked the deluxe room through Expedia. Before booking I check on the hotel website to see if the rooms were accurate from what I see on Expedia. They were, both website stated there was 2 rooms available for the days we were going. The deluxe room came with free breakfast and complimentary massage and a jazucci outside. So I booked the room with Expedia so I can accumulate points. When arriving the lady who seem to be the manager stated she did not have our room available and stated that I booked it to late. I showed her screen shots the day I booked it and it showed there were still two rooms available. She stated well I don't have the room available for the 3 nights you are staying. She never offered a refund or alternative options. They could have offer the room for at least 1 night. Another issue this placed had was communication. Their phone in reception did not work. I would call the line and message them on what's app and no respond!! The ac would stop working early in the morning and the bubble would get super hot!! The staff only came once to cover the bubble during the day so the room can cool down. The only staff that was nice were the security. Since the first day checking in ruin my whole vacation. I was looking forward to relax in the jacuzzi! HORRIBLE VACA & I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN A REFUND!!

Campera Bubble in Valle de Guadalupe – What a Filthy Letdown I really wanted to love this place. The whole pitch on their social media, website, and Expedia was all about these magical transparent bubbles where you’d fall asleep under a sky full of stars. We booked it specifically for that romantic stargazing experience. Big mistake. The bubble was straight-up nasty. I’m talking dirty like it hadn’t seen a proper cleaning since they first inflated the thing years ago. There was dust and grime everywhere—on the floor, the walls, the ceiling. Every time we moved, little clouds of dirt would puff up. The “bed” had mystery spots that made me not want to sit down, let alone sleep there. We literally wiped down surfaces with our own towels because it was that bad, and it still felt gross. The worst part? The dirt completely ruined the view. The plastic was so smeared and cloudy that even on a clear night we couldn’t see any stars. All that hype about stargazing? Total joke. We paid good money to stare at smudges and streaks instead of the night sky. It felt like trying to watch the universe through a greasy window that nobody had bothered to clean in forever. Look, I get that glamping can be a little rustic, but this wasn’t rustic—it was just neglected. Super disappointed and honestly kind of mad about it. We wanted a memorable experience, not to feel like we were staying in someone’s long-forgotten storage bubble.

The concept is great however there’s a fan running the whole time and it’s loud. Our pod was freezing and the dome got damp couldn’t see anything outside. The shower is rather uncomfortable. Like I said great concept but it fails to deliver.

Worst experience I ever had also no empathy from Hotels.com , I booked two rooms one for me one for my handicapped friend who has a certified service dog and handicap vehicle. I couldn't even make it to the property frontdesk because they wanted me to leave my friend out with her dog . Which of course I wouldn't, they didn't even allowed with my friend staying in the car. So I couldn't check in, then when I tried to call them, they wouldn't answer in front desk recognizing my number from the booking. So i had to call from the guard mobile to get attention and all the mentioned. Which was total rudeness and zero professionalism
