Not so easy to find

The structure itself was good the location was good however finding the structure was very complicated especially at night. I would not recommend arriving after the sun goes down however the people who manage the property we're very helpful and available to help at all times.

Quaint stay

We booked stay for a wedding. Ended up only staying a single night of the two nights. Let’s just say there was an after party where we ended up. Overall great experience. Clean hood stay for last minute reservation. My only complaints as a female not enough outlets to plug all of our accessories like phones and hair tools. Also needed a vanity mirror or floor mirror because us girls needed to glam. Also the shower water pressure wasn’t as strong as I’m used to. If these thing don’t bother you then you will be fine. Also since it was my first time to Valle no one told me about all the off-road dirt roaring you will do lol.

We booked 2 nights but left after the first. It's hard to find, but thanks to our persistent host, we did manage it. None of my negative comments should reflect on him, because Enrique did his best to accommodate us. We were not prepared for "rustico" and couldn't adjust. There was ONE electrical outlet in the bathroom. The one by the entrance didn't actually work but he gave us an extension cord for it so we could have an outlet near the bed. No charging devices overnight. The wifi didn't actually provide internet, but bars. There was ONE lightbulb in the whole place right above the bed with no cover. The layout included weird stairs and multiple levels to make tripping and falling easier. The paint was slopped on the walls. The windows were filthy. They made you park a long way from the building when there was nothing but gravel between the two locations...why? After we went to sleep, a new group of travelers came and made a ton of noise partying outdoors and since we share the same tight space, it kept us awake. We couldn't wait to get out of there and left before dawn. I can handle "rustico" - this was just bad design.

Al reservar el lugar indicaba que incluía cena, al confirmas con quien nos recibiría me indicó que no estaba jncluida. Aun así decidí llegar y no había electricidad y no había nadie en la propiedad por lo que tuvieron que cambiarme a otro espacio, trate de ver opciones con Hotels.com y me decían que no podía hacer nada ya que era noche no reembolsable a pesar de que no tuviera los servicios que habían prometido. El nuevo lugar no estaba del todo limpio.

No se si regresaría

No incluía la cena que se mencionaba. Unos dulces y palos de leña para la fogata no creo que compensen el error. Minisplit de una tonelada muy forzado para enfriar el cuarto por las dimensiones. Sin cortinas para la cama de arriba, entra mucha luz y calor al pegar sol directo en las ventanas. Presión de agua de la ducha muy baja, agua caliente nunca salió como tal.

Es algo complicado llegar al lugar, hay muy poca iluminación y el aislamiento de los cuartos no es de lo mejor, por otro lado no hay quien controle o regule a los visitantes en relación al apego al reglamento.
