"Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bedroom in the front of the building was noisy with passing cars that kept waking me up throughout the night. We turned the heat on and the smoke alarm briefly went off- the filter on the furnace desperately needs to be changed. Otherwise it was a great place to stay for a night to visit the Washburn campus. "

"Property was not as described. No cars in parking lot when all other hotels were booked should have been a clue. Didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. Also the indoor pool had been broken down for a while and was main reason for staying. So we cancelled our reservation"
