"A beautiful hotel but as soon as we entered the hotel had little to no AC. They have a large atrium with glass ceilings. It was a very hot day and either the hotel system could not keep up or was failing. Our room was no different. Stifling hot. We adjusted the temp down but it literally took 10 hours to cool down. "We LOVED this hotel. The location was perfect and centrally located to walk around and explore Barcelona. It was safe and clean and the staff were SO friendly. My husband and I loved the pitcher of Sangria we had at their restaurant and also the vegetable paella we had there was the best we ever had! SO good. I highly recommend this hotel."
