"Room was clean and well kept, access to ammenities was stress free and parking was close to elevators. The pool and hot tub were nice, heated, and staff were nice and helpful. I enjoyed that the casino area was separate from the hotel area. The layout is very convenient in comparison to other resorts in Biloxi. Overall it was a great stay and the people were very lovely. "

"We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament, and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the weekend. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the coliseum, which made getting back and forth easy. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We were in visiting from the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, just a little one-night getaway for us. Conveniently located right near the aquarium, which we had visited before checking-in. "Good location, Close to beach and restaurants. There were electric bikes around the corner. I was confused about parking as I thought it’d we inside the compound. I felt safe, I had no safety concerns. I would suggest fragrance as it smelt stale upon entry every time we entered, places to hang towels to dry. And window coverings or curtains in case someone wanted it for the bathroom area. Overall I would definitely stay again! "

"The valet service was either very poor or completely nonexistent, and there was no proper bellhop support. The pool area was another issue there were no clear signs explaining where to get towels, which made things unnecessarily confusing. On top of that, the bathrooms near the casino entrance were filthy and clearly not being maintained. Overall, the place feels like it’s past its prime. It desperately needs better management and a stronger team to run it properly. I will not be returning...
