"Room was large and comfortable. Very poor lighting in the room. The downgrade was with respect to check-in. I was asked to check-in on line and complied. Then when I arrived at the hotel they insisted I check in again on their tablet, providing the exact information that was previously provided, including photo id. Then the tablet froze up so we had to go through it all again at the front desk, by which time a lineup had occurred. A total waste of time."

"We showed up early and were told that our room was not ready, however for $30 extra they would allow us to have an early check-in in a room just like the one we had booked! How does that make any sense."

"Clean, bright room and sunset view. Property is dated with an aesthetic I can’t quite name - 90’s nightclub chic? Hotel was full of youth sports teams which was quite delightful until it wasn’t. I would never recommend any adult stay here for a restful or respectful stay. Hallways jammed with kids playing tag, the nice outdoor pool (hot tub out of order) was a complete gong show - and this is coming from a parent with young kids."
