"Great location in lower Creekside village area. Secure covered parking but spaces are very tight AND they charge you $21 per night at checkout with no mention of this before (except the fine print deep in the listing, so beware). The unit is spacious and comfortable, although a bit dated. The pool is noisy and lots of kids from morning until after dark, especially on the weekends. They also failed to mention the roof was being redone and scaffolding blocks the view from our room and debris on...

"Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head.
I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control.
In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person.
