"My favourite place to stay in Richmond. The rooms are beautiful, big bathtubs, helpful staff, any amenities you could ask for. Free water! It's the courtesies that make such a difference. It's expensive but a luxury experience that makes me want to spend more time in my room than enjoying the city."

"Resort was not very accommodating to disability needs. Very disappointed. Using the grotto spa, got charged a 15% gratuity on everything, including the use of the grotto pool where no one did anything to earn a gratuity. Felt like a money grab when the whole experience was already very expensive. Felt overcharged and under serviced."
