"We were really looking forward to our trip at River Rock, however, the hotel was lacking on some of the experiences we hoped to enjoy. The pool was cold and had children running and screaming everywhere. We couldn’t get any towels due to this and had to walk back to our room wet in bathing suits. The staff were apologetic about this and reassured that it wouldn’t happen again. The location was great though and we still made the most of our experience."

"Check in was very quick and easy. Check out took quite a while but there was only one staff member and a couple asking lots of questions and directions and suggestions. Unfortunately the dining staff at breakfast told my children that the buffet was by weight and they limited themselves and then were just handed a bill.
