"The location is the best thing going for this hotel. The food at the bar was just ok. Was not impressed and the service was slow. The rooms are dark and outdated. They really need an upgrade. The staff we dealt with were great though and very friendly and helpful. "

"We did get a room on short notice, but I expected paying for a “king suite” we would at least have a king sized bed. We were tucked in the very end of a hall and inside the room you couldn’t even close the bathroom door without straddling the toilet. I was disappointed. And no it was not a king sized bed. Pool was nice but very cold. Our first night was spent at a different hotel that was much cheaper and had a nice breakfast. I wouldn’t stay again."

"Our stay at this hotel was good, no complaints! The property was clean, and the staff were friendly. We had a room that had a shared bathroom- it wasn’t the most ideal. However, we made it work and figured out how to lock it (for extra security once in the bathroom). Overall, a good hotel, and relatively local to downtown Vancouver!"
