This place is cancelled my reservation hours before I was supposed to check in. Extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service.

The operator did not honor my reservation - changed it less than 18 hours before I arrived - put me in a lesser quality place miles from where I wanted/needed to be - I will be taking the fiasco up with Expedia and the operator - I have travelled extensively and never had an issue with Expedia or other properties booked through them - the worst accommodation experience of my life !!!!

This place was not at all as described. It looks like the photos may have been from back when she first bought the place It was the most dirty, disgusting place I have been to It felt like homeless people lived here. The bathroom was shared by 4 bedrooms. It had bars of soap in the shower and on the sink with hair all over them. The bed had no mattress cover on it and the sheets looked used It was so bad that we walked out. We had to find another place and pay a ton of money to do so and she did not care. The kitchen had food and dishes and garbage everywhere. The seating area was pillows on the floor with dirty pink sheet covering them. I can’t believe Expedia allows this place to be on their platform. We lost over $680 dollars plus the money we had to shell out for the hotel we ended up staying at and uber fees as we were now 30 minutes away from our destination. Do Not Book here!

We originally booked a different room at another location, but due to “technical issues with Expedia,” we were rescheduled to this location only a few hours before our arrival by the owner. We had booked a Comfort Double Room with a private bathroom, but were instead given a tiny room (less than 8 m²) with a shared bathroom. The room was also not particularly clean, and overall the accommodation felt quite run-down and shabby. Despite the significant difference between what we booked and what we actually received, we were offered no discount, compensation, or any other solution. Communication with the host was also very difficult and frustrating. Only pro was that the hood is quite and safe area. In short, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. This is the first time I would give 0 stars if that were possible.
