Been here several times, love it! However I would avoid room 252 during the week. The grease rendering truck shows up at 7am and pumps the grease traps, which by the way comes with a hideous smell! Seems like they could arrange the truck to show up after 10am.

I now believe when you book with Expedia you get the worst rooms in the respective hotel My room at the Heathman was small, the tv did not work and the desk chair was broken. I discussed with staf and was told they had no more rooms in "my class". While you get good deals from Expedia im evaluating whether i will use again.

Okay, I have stayed here four times in the past 12 months. The location is really convenient with access to a wide variety of restaurants ranging from fast food to unique ethnic options which include Thai Street Food and The Sushi Factory to name a few. Red Lobster and Olive Garden are also available. As for the hotel, there is a cozy feel that oozes Pacific Northwest. The staff is usually friendly and accommodating. To be honest the place needs a coat of paint, new curtains and some technology upgrades like USB ports in the rooms. And, what’s with the new $12 per day parking fee? Really?
