"Our room could have been cleaner under the bed and around the furniture but overall we were happy. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom toiletries provided were nice. The surrounding area was not as bad as we read online, and we parked in the public area behind the building with no issues. I would stay here again for the price."

"the 1 star was for the staff who were not helpful but totally rude. this is not the staff at check in for the main hotel, but the staff across the street from the main hotel. they didn't know anything about the area, about public transportation, about sight seeing in the town...etc. it was always, "sorry ma'am". two ladies were complaining about the guests within earshot. so unprofessional. the only person i saw that was nice and patient was the young Chinese lady, everyone else was...

"The check in process is why I gave it 4 stars. Everything else was great. The rooms were very nice with plenty of space. The area was movie set beautiful.
The checking process is a bit frustrating with it all being done online. Apparently I was supposed to get some type of notification with my door code, I never received a notification and had to go into a link, that was sent for check in, to find my code."

"The place was clean and basic. Pickup from Airport took over 45 minutes which was over double the time of the other airport hotel operating shuttles. Very noisy fridge and air con. Lots of little lights on appliances etc. Couldn't black out light through curtains. Very comfy bed."
