A very old building and outdated hotel as other guests have review. I booked 2 suites room and the constantly loud noise from the air-conditioning or the water line stopping my from sleeping and the hotel said they can not fix. Then what the heck that why did you sell me those rooms? 2 of the suite rooms and turn out to the like noisy rooms and non stop, having sleep less for 3 nights. They offer to change the room after 10pm of the second night and we had 2 noisy room with similar issues and many luggages... we have no energy to move and no guaranty that the new room is better because the hotel said all rooms are the same. They hotel care so much that I heard no words out from the manager when we check out. They only care to get your money.

This is our to-go hotel whenever we travel to Richmond/Vancouver. We don't even search around for pricing, we come straight to this Sandman Signature hotel. We especially love the outdoor pool and indoor water slide. First thing in the morning and last thing at night are my kids asking to go to the pool. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We stayed in the Suite this time and our room was a little outdated but everything was clean.

It would be nice if there was coffee available other than from the Starbucks stand in the morning after 6:30am. The rooms and property are very clean. They have 2 swimming pools 1 outdoor and 1 indoor the indoor has a high water slide tube. The attached Chops steak house/bar is very nice with a happy hour on select items.

This was a perfect hotel for our family with kids. We stayed in a suite, which was so spacious and fit our family perfectly. It was clean and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the indoor pool, the kids loved the water slide and had a blast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle to the airport and it was great. The first room they gave us look dirty. We phoned and got us a better room we were happy of the service they provided . They had a nice pool heated was great a good overall experience a shuttle to the airport . very good would recommend to anyone staying in Vancouver.

Disappointing from start to finish. In all of my travels, I have rarely encountered a hotel that was so poorly maintained. The property is severely outdated with aging finishes such as popcorn ceilings and fixtures that appear decades old. The bathroom was in poor condition, with peeling paint and an old, worn toilet that looked as though it had not been updated since the 1980s. The air conditioning unit was exceptionally loud, making it feel as though I was trying to sleep next to a freight train. Room has a very strong mildew smell from the aging carpet. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Many of these issues appear to be long-standing, and it seems management is aware of them but has chosen not to address them, leaving future guests to deal with the same problems. Stay away, there are much better options around the area, especially when considering their high price. Absolutely disgusting experience.
