Bathroom was shared but not cleaned full of mold. The other tenent was up all night banging around blaring music in bathroom at 330 am kept me awake till 5 am could not get a good sleep at all for the whole stay. Other than that was confy bed good staff great locaton

There were a few things that didn’t give my husband and I a good first impression. 1. The bedding was wet when we arrived. It felt like it was taken out of the dryer too soon and possibly felt dry but once it cooled off it was wet. We had to take the pillow slips off, put the portable coat hanger rack on the bed, and drape the sheets and comforter over it with the fan on to dry off. Thankfully we were only dropping our things off and going out. When we got back the bedding was dry. 2. The home smelled like dog pee. Our room did not though. 3. It was not the cleanest home. Dirty floors, lots of human hair on the floors and bedding, garbage bins had leftover garbage in it from previous stay. 4. Very thin walls you can hear a pen drop in the room next to you. However the bed was comfy and the other people staying in the neighbouring rooms were quiet. The home and neighbourhood felt safe. It was a reasonable stay for us considering we were not spending the majority of our time there. If you don’t care about the smell, dirt, and hair then this place is fine. But if you are wanting a clean and more private stay then I would not recommend. We didn’t talk to the homeowners in person but they were very responsive and helpful to my messages through the booking before our arrival. We did not mention our concerns to the homeowner because we were not planning on spending a lot of time there and just needed a bed and bathroom. So the quality of the room did not matter.

Completely unacceptable.

Hi there I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a full refund of the $180 CAD I paid for my stay at Bejing Hotel stay from the 01/12 - 2/12. Unfortunately, the conditions of the room and bathroom were far below expectations and really unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found the room to be extremely uncomfortable due to the following issues: The room was uncomfortably hot, despite attempts to adjust the temperature. The sheets were itchy, and we felt they had not been properly cleaned. Overall cleanliness was very poor; the room and bathroom were unhygienic, with visible dirt and grime. Given these issues, we were unable to stay in the room comfortably, I was unable to have a shower before a 30 hour flight and also had a terrible sleep again not great prior a long flight. As a result, we feel a full refund is warranted. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the next steps for processing the refund. Thank you for your understanding. Thank you.

It was okay. Nothing spectacular. The washroom was very old , taps had some rust and dust formed. The bathing tub wasn't great either. They charged me for water .

The only thing that was good was the bed. Bathroomdoor was taped so no one could enter from the bedroomsite and there was dirty kit on the windows etc

Staff was very friendly, bed was extremely comfortable, check in/check out was easy! Make sure to clean up after yourself though, not very close to any bus/train stations but it's only about a $8 uber to the arberdeen mall/station.
