"Overall a terrible experience! My room smelled really bad. A strong oder of chlorox bleach mixed with a fowl oder. When I went to check out, The man at the front desk was helping a customer getting her a lid for her coffee. She said to him that her room had no black coffee, just an empty bag with no coffee. He did absolutely nothing, said nothing to her. I also had to wait outside awhile he locked the office to check my room so I could get my deposit back. I do not recommend this place to...

Our room was next to the freeway back there was some freeway noise as well."

The keycards were very off and on during our stay, sometimes they worked sometimes they didn’t. I had to get staff on one occasion to help open the door on first day. "This is a great place to stay and for a fair price. The staff has been great and attentive to anything that I’ve requested. I wish they had a breakfast and a few amenities for guests but all around a decent place to stay with the family."

"The positive for this hotel was the close proximity to I-5. The issue was the surroundings. The whole place is surrounded by homeless people, some of whom were walking around the parking lot or the building itself. Some guests had to get help from the front desk because there were homeless people outside their window on the first floor doing inappropriate things. Yes, they had security roaming around, but it felt unsafe, particularly when I went outside off the back patio to a field so I...

"Property was old but well kept. You could see some bubbling and peeling from the paint/wallpaper. Some of the carpet areas were thinning. Front Desk staff at check in an check out were great. Breakfast looked amazing. I didn't eat much other than coffee and yogurt, but the were a lot of options to choose from."
