Hotel dekat Vancouver Mall

"Loved the ambiance, decor, pool, hot tub and free coffee at the front desk."

"Great location. Very clean. Great place overall. Towels were a little scratchy. Walls were a bit thin, you could hear others and TV next door. Close to many restaurants and the mall was great."

"Great breakfast and clean rooms. Poor noise cancellation between floors"

"Everything was so good. The breakfast was nice. The only thing was I think they forgot to change the bed sheets and they smelled really bad. The staff was able to help us giving us new sheets. The pool and spa area is cool."

"Room had multiple damages tub didn't look clean and pool spa was out of order. Lots of things missing"

"I stayed here during a solo trip to Portland and had a great experience! As a woman traveling alone, I prefer a room on the second floor or higher, but I was initially assigned a first-floor accessible room. Although the hotel was fully booked, the front desk called the next day to offer me another room, which I truly appreciated. The staff and housekeeping were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of healthy options, fresh fruit, waffles, and of course,...

"Great property"

"Clean and very professional, great breakfast"

"The room was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well outfitted for general use. The sofa and ottoman were perfect for TV relaxing. The room is well lit. Lots of restaurants and shopping just steps away and a beautiful walking trail just out back. You could stay here for a month or longer without feeling hemmed in. My only suggestion would be to build in another shelf in the bathroom for sundry hair and makeup items."

"Clean room and courteous staff. 5 minutes from the airport! Food and shopping within walking distance."

"This hotel is a solid 4 stars."

"I travel for work regularly, great hotel!"

"The room was clean and put together well. The staff member was very nice, I arrived very late with a toddler and she made check-in as fast as possible and was very kind. Check out was easy, I was just trying to hand over my cards but someone was already being helped, and seeing that I had my hands full the man at the desk very momentarily stopped what he was doing to take my cards and went back to helping the other guest, staying professional to us both."
