"Our son was hospitalized in ICU. We traveled up from NC. The staff here was amazing Ms Dearicka and Mr Greg were extremely courteous and helpful. Cant say enough about those.Many times upon returning to the hotel they would ask his current condition when they seen us. The breakfast in the morning was great it had all the common continental breakfast items but it also included a hot breakfast buffet. This was extremely helpful cutting some costs as our stay was 10 days until our son was finally released from the hospital. The rooms were clean the AC is actually centralized with a room thermostat instead of window units. The property is conviently located to shopping and restaurants. So our overall stay and interactions with the place and staff excellent"

"The property was easy to find on the south side of Dayton off the Freeway. The room was clean and quiet (it was previously a BW Plus) even though it was totally booked (U of Dayton parents weekend and Renaissance Fair) for the weekend. Breakfast was chaotic, but I'll give a pass because of the crowd. Parking is deceiving with most of the spots in the back, but ok. The staff was very polite and helpful. It was a great value for the price I paid. I would stay again."

"The room was spacious with 2 Queen beds. There was no microwave in the room, which would be my only idea of a shortfall of amentities. There was one in the lobby, however it was not in good repair, and located in such a manner that you had to bend down very low to try and use it. Not good if you're handicapped with back and neck issues. The facilities were clean, to include a nice pool and work out area. It wasn't overly noisy, even on the weekend. The continental breakfast food was of good quality and very good. The staff helped me with various issues and were probably the kindest and friendliest I have ever dealt with, and I have traveled extensively. I would stay there again for sure."
