"The staff was very helpful and reached out prior to our arrival through text message, asking if shuttle would be needed. Shuttle service showed up on time at the airport. If you need a shuttle back to the airport, make sure you book it early as it dies fill up and , like us, we had to take the shuttle earlier than desired. Rooms are small. "Good comfortable hotel and very convenient for an overnight before or after a flight. Five minutes drive to the Malpensa airport. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. We had dinner as well which also was excellent. Both, the food and the service were excellent. The hotel has a bar too. Rooms were clean. Plenty of parking on site and free which eas a bonus for us considering having to pay between 15 and 25 Euros per day for overnight parking almost everywhere we went Suited us perfectly...

"Family suite was big enough for my family of five.....room was spacious and quiet...only thing missing was the kitchenette or maybe a microwave..."

"Bugs and mosquitoes on the wall. Checked in at 1140 before midnight. Sent them a message and changed the room at 230 in the morning. We could not wake up to get breakfast and they called at 11 stating we must leave otherwise pay extra. We explained the whole situation. Anyway we left at 1110. I had other night booked in the hotel on the 24th that of course i cancelled"

"I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't expect this from a Holiday Inn to be honest. The hotel was descent, excellent and very friendly/ helpfull staff. Ate dinner and free breakfast, our American counterparts have a lot to learn from this branch in my opinion!!! Overall, great experience for a hotel I reserved to spend a night to catch fan early light the next day. Shuttle to the airport for 5 euros was great !!"
