"The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the city centre. We could not be more satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. Well decorated with great space and the views were amazing. We were between staying in Bellagio or Como and so happy we made the decision with Como. We would stay in this apartment again for sure! Communication with the property managers was excellent."

Only negative was the cleaning charge - as you pay for the apartment to be cleaned in your departure, there were a few areas in my arrival that were not as clean as I expected.... "Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut. "

"Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"
