"Great mini hotel. Eleni, the onsite manager, was kind and helpful. She was good at communicating and even helped me with my suitcases. The place was so clean that even when I walked around barefoot, not a single speck of dirt was on my feet. They also offer complimentary candies, coffee, tea, and rakka in each room."

"Very nice hotel! This hotel is very well maintained and staffs are amazing! I highly recommend. This hotel is in a good location very close the old Chania. So we walked to the old Chania from the hotel. We had a rental car and they had a parking lot for hotel guests with extra charge so it was super convenient for us. We also had breakfast buffet every morning. Oh My goodness. It was one of my favorite breakfast buffets! They use fresh and high quality ingredients from Crete local farms. And...

"The property is located well, very convenient for shopping, eating and swimming. It has a very nice pool and is right on the beach. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful! Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...

"The apartment was unbelievably spacious and very clean. The kitchen was great, it had all the amenities though very basic setup, we did make some soup and pasta! You could easily walk to the centre of old town, took about 15 minutes. Comfy bed. "

"We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...
