"For context, we stayed here as part of our honeymoon in Portugal, and it was by far the best place we stayed. The design of the hotel was beautiful. Everywhere you looked, there were fantastic views of the Douro River and surrounding hills framed by massive windows. The facilities were amazing. "Wir hatten das Standard Doppelzimmer und waren zu zweit. Es war vollkommen ausreichend, die Betten waren bequem, die Kissen könnten weicher sein (mussten die Dekokissen nutzen zum schlafen). Das Bad ist sauber, hat aber zu wenig Ablageflächen. Da das Hotel historisch ist, knarrt der Boden und man hört andere Leute. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr bieten, es war zwar alles da, aber mehr Auswahl wäre nett. Der Kaffee kam leider nur aus dem Automaten, der nicht so gut geschmeckt hat. Normaler...
