It continues to be one of the iconic hotels in the area. Some parts are a little dated, but that is expected given the age of the property. I stayed in a club room - worth every rupee.

All of the staff was very attentive and made my stay comfortable. Especially the front desk staff. We arrived in the morning, and they helped us with an early check in. Very very loud music on the first night complained but nothing done people upstairs having a party banging and loud music again complained twice and nobody got back to me very very disappointed with Novotel. Emailed a complaint and still heard nothing back
