"I definitely would not stay here again. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. It is not a hotel. One of the reasons I booked it's because it said 24 hour shuttle service to airport I was traveling with my 72 year old mom. Once we arrived the 1 person in a tiny office was very rude. The main door was open when we got there and he was questioning why we were inside. Then he seemed annoyed and was rushing he said after 5pm only what'sapp contact. I asked for a shuttle to the airport very early...

"Very clean room. Spacious and the staff was very nice and helpful."

"Prati is a lovely neighbourhood to stay in - away from the hustle and bustle but easy enough to walk/ commute to the historical centre. The property was well maintained and clean, and they very kindly upgraded our room. Carla who checked us in was fantastic; so warm and helpful. She made a huge difference to our stay and the other team there were very friendly too."

"Amazing, comfortable bed, great space, the host was very helpful"

"Sehr gute Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten des Centro storico und trotzdem in einem sehr lebhaften Wohnviertel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Ideale Lage zur Erkundung der heiligen Stadt."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Piccola Navona Roof Garden. The location was perfect for exploring Rome on foot, just a couple of minutes from Campo de’ Fiori and very close to Piazza Navona. I arrived much earlier than normal check-in time (intending for them hold my bag for a few hours, which they had said they could do) and was so pleasantly surprised that my room was already ready. The room itself was adorable, bed and pillows so comfy, the view was lovely, and there was a handwritten...

"Great location with easy access to everything. There are plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, and shops nearby. It’s easy to get a taxi, and the area feels safe at night. Very convenient for exploring the city."

"Ernest and Paola were kind, helpful, and sweet. From the moment they picked us up at the airport throughout the stay, they gave us information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The place is right across from Vatican Museum and close to the Metro station so is a great base for your stay in Rome. Highly recommend. 🇺🇸🇯🇵"

"Property clean and spacy. Central location with regards to public transportation and shops. Wifi did not work in my room and did not like pre check in with passport when that can be done at the location. Just a security thing for me"

"It was great cleaning every day easy entry to building close to transportation and eateries and shopping"

"Good experience. Excellent location near Roma Termini."
