"Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was no safety deposit box in the room and they did not provide hand towels. But this was fixed by asking for an extra towel at the front desk which we used for the duration of our stay. There was also only one pillow per person."

"Very well placed to explore Lyon. A short walk along Rue Victor Hugo brings you to place bellecour from where you can explore the old town. The Campanile is very close to the T1 and T2 lines too. There was plenty of space in the room and the bed was comfortable. We'll stay there again."

"We stayed here during the heat wave in June because the hotel had AC and a pool. The room was small, but nice and cool. The pool needs maintenance, but was a nice respite from the heat. Overall a nice property and good price. Location is close to the confluence museum, but not much else. We took the tram and metro to get to the main part of the city."
