The hotel staff recommended going to the restaurant directly across the street, and the food was great. Hotel is in walking distance to various shops, stores and restaurants, including Zara. "I cannot say enough good things about Electra. She was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. She was the kindest person and so very genuine. The hotel was difficult with the beds being so low to the floors but might have been a misunderstanding from the ad on my part. It was a convenient location for an early morning ferry and Uber was only 9,00 directly to the ferry loading area."

"Good location. Kitchen facilities limited. No tea towel. We didn’t cook but one frying pan and one pot. Microwave but microwave dishes needed. Bed was comfortable but softer pillows needed. Wifi very good. Shower pressure wasn’t good. No coffee provided but a couple of different tea bags."

"We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is is in a great location, very close to the Pier and everything was spotless. A special thank you to Maria, Anastasia and Kostas at the front desk. They were so welcoming friendly and helpful throughout our stay. "I was left out on the street after traveling all day and not being able to check my email. I couldn't get into the room and nobody was there to receive my phone call. This hotel does not have a reception desk. There was no human in sight and the lights were dim. I only received a message in the morning, at which point I was accused of forcing the door and shutting down the system. The owner was rude to say the least."

"The location of this hotel was very convenient for Piareus. When making the reservation, I booked a room with three twin beds. Upon arrival, it was two twin beds and a cot. Luckily my daughter is small enough although she is 18 and she slept on the cot. Did not appreciate it being advertised as three twin beds when it was a cot. Next the mattresses were extremely thin and the bedding itself was very scratchy. My son had some allergic reaction on his arms. The air conditioner never fully work to...

"We came straight from Athens airport and arrived 2.5 hours before check in just hoping to leave our bags there. The staff allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated after traveling for 16 hours! Rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly! Highly recommend getting the breakfast as well. 6 minute drive away from the port if you are going on a cruise."

"Short distance to walk down to the Port/catch the Metro to/from Athens/Airport. Found a nice bar to sit down with a cold beer at the Port. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Very convenient for the ferry to islands the next morning, after our overnight stay. Ilea’s on Reception was very helpful."
