"Wonderful and pleasant staff who go above and beyond to ensure stay was exceptional"

"The AC not working fine. The room had a lot of noice by the neighbors."

"Our experience at this hotel was far below what we had booked and reasonably expected. We arrived in Toledo after having made our reservation well in advance, as part of a special celebration trip. "Cerca de la ciudad muy buena ubicación"

"One of the nicest staff my husband and I have encountered in our stay at Marriot properties over the last ten years. Rocio, Maria and Thalia made our stay here in Toledo most welcoming. Would highly recommend this place for any family visiting Toledo."

"Such a unique building. I can imagine living ages past with then canopy bed, window shutters, architecture and overall atmosphere. Enchanting."

"The staff were extremely nice, stayed late to help me check in and also helped me get a taxi quickly when leaving. They’re really kind and I’m very glad to have met them."

"La atención, la amabilidad, la tranquilidad excelente, inmejorable y la habitación limpia, comoda y sencilla, para repetir sin dudarlo."
