"TERRIBLE!!! The showers were clogged right when we checked in. We called maintenance and no one came until we were about to check out. Couldn’t shower for two days after spending hours in the Vegas sun. They gave us a $50 dining voucher as a fake sorry and NO ONE ACCEPTED IT. They told us all the restaurants including the food court on MGM/Luxor property would accept it but nope! Only 3 restaurants and two of them were closed. No manager available. No one willing to help. No working escalator....

"i booked a non-refundable hotel room and then could no longer go. I actually didn't mind that they did not refund me, but the customer service was terrible. they ignored me mostly, after lots of contacting, they just threw responsibility to expedia. they basically made it impossible to even get someone to talk to. I did not expect a refund, but when you spend thousands of dollars on the product, and you can no longer go, you expect some sort of response, or an olive branch extended.
