"The toilet was clogged every single day of our stay, which was very frustrating. Although the hotel staff were kind and helpful, the call center agents who handle calls and transfers to the front desk were quite rude. We had to call daily just to request a plumber. Additionally, the rooms feel outdated and could use some renovation."

"It was a family trip, and we absolutely loved our stay at the Conrad. The location was excellent, the hotel was clean, luxurious, and felt much more exclusive than other hotels in the area. It never felt overcrowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool was excellent, the food was great, and the rooms were spotless and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"It’s quite amazing at the cosmopolitan that you have the opportunity to have fresh air in your hotel room with their terraces. Vegas is very stuffy and most of the casinos are smoky and closed up. I appreciate how fun the Cosmo casino and hotel is. Being able to wake up at six in the morning and open your door to fresh air is a game changer. The sports book is fun as well. They have an ample amount of swat machines and table games. The pools are nice. Good times."
