"Great accommodation, very clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Visit the little Bonsai tree Garden on their property, it’s really beautiful. Breakfast was simple but delicious."

"This was easily one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Café Playa Negra is everything a boutique hotel should be—warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully run. We were greeted like family and offered lime slush drinks that were pure bliss. Our room was spotless and beautiful, the meals were delicious, and the pool was a perfect escape.
Nixon was amazing—so kind and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly.
This place has heart. And by staying here, you’re supporting the real people of Playa...

"The staff was excellent: warm, friendly, responsive, in-person and online! Loved my room and seaside view. Especially loved the quiet rooftop lounge, which is one of the more beautiful quiet spaces I’ve experienced traveling. Only little criticism is to have a little more breakfast buffet variety during the week. Otherwise, I lived my stay!"

"We had a really lovely three night stay. Both Rolando and Audrey were helpful and nice. The room really suited our family with the king size bed on the main floor and twin beds in the loft.
We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant that shares the site and the massages in the tent on site were fabulous and so well priced.
We only wish we could have stayed longer. "
