"The address online was not correct for sat nav but the property is great. Convenient and spacious."

"I was looking for a regular Hotel for a one night stay, didnt expect much. Very old hotel in need of an urgent renovation. AC didnt work. Very basic hotel with nothing much to offer."

"Une forte odeur de poisson imprégnait l’appartement. Il y avait des fourmis dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bains. La pomme de douche ne tient pas en place, la plaque de finition de la douche est cassée et il y a une grande tache décolorée dans la douche. Le canapé-lit n’a pas de couette, mais simplement une couverture dans une housse de couette. La moquette est sale. Ce n’est pas ce que nous attendons d’un établissement quatre étoiles."

"All was great"

"Fasilitas kamar lengkap, ada coffe maker, ketler, papan strika dan lain lain"

"I keep giving this place a chance because it’s location is convenient, close to the airport, the mall and the area is safe and calm. But i keep getting disappointed. The staff in this building are unbelievably rude, and disrespectful. On top of that you have to pay for both taxes and maintenance fees, meanwhile, they will never never come clean up your room unless you ask, and even when you do they will fine any excuse not to clean it. Asking for towels or any amenities feels uncomfortable...

"Front desk staff was great!! They were very helpful! Location was great. They had fresh treats at front desk all the time. We had 2 connecting rooms, very convenient!"

"Excellent service and location. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The rooftop deck provided an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower."

"Hotel was great, a few steps to several bakeries, restaurant and other stores. 15 minutes from the Eifeltower, matter of fact you can see the Eifeltower stepping out of the hotel and we could see it from our window. Room was great bed was comfortable. Had a little fridge which was stocked daily with beverages. Bathroom was nice with a walk in shower. Loved the bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was "continental" as we would call it but they also will fix eggs and bacon if asked. Staff was very...

"Our room was clean and cozy for the most part. I enjoyed staying here and it was a very convenient location close to Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées. The staff was nice and friendly as well. Some minor things: the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly when we first got there, and sometimes water bottles were not restocked which is not a big issue because we were able to request more from downstairs. The safe was locked when we arrived and we had to call a...

"The hotel is well located, between Port Maillot and the Etoile. My room was on an interior courtyard and very quiet. Although small, the room had all necessary amenities and the bathroom was bright and modern. Staff was professional and not overly personal. Carpeting in a few areas appeared stained, but the overall feeling of the hotel was modern and clean. Breakfast was expensive, but many coffee shops and boulangeries close by so petit dejeuner was not an issue. Many of the other hotels...

"Best hotel!"
