"The staff were very friendly and ready to help. I had to ask for some ice for a sprained ankle and they gave me enough for us two (and our drinks!). Upon check-in close to midnight, we were offered the upgrade and explained the situation and package well. We had an newly renovated room with an outdoor terrace, a minifridge, and electric kettle (good complementary coffee, tea, and a variety of sugar packets) close to the common outdoor pool! It was a bit too cold for us to take a full dip in the...

"Fantastic place to stay in Barcelona. In a slightly less touristy bit of town which adds to the fun. Two metro stations v. close so can get into the centre in less than 20 mins. Great to have the kitchen and terrace. Lovely little pool and terrace on the roof too. Great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing! Staff really friendly. Perfect!"

"The location downtown was good for things to do but too far away from the hotel if only staying overnight between flights. Passed on the breakfast as 20 euros extra seemed over priced. Breakfast should be included. We had a much better room the second time. First time was too small. First time in any hotel where they didn't provide washcloths. I found that weird!"

Many eating places and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We just bought our own food for breakfast instead of using the Hotel breakfast option."

"I liked the fact that it was a 7-10 minutes walk away from restaurants, convenience stores, easy to grab taxis and close to the La Sagrada Família. The apartment was well stocked, clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The wi-Fi connection was also strong and the air conditioning worked well. My main (but also a minor inconvenience) concern was that because of the lack of proper slopping of the shower floor, the bath mat would be soaked after each shower."

"The suite was in a great location for visiting the Sagrada Familia and surrounding restaurants with easy access to the metro for exploring further afield. It was spacious with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay and was very clean upon arrival. The washing machine with dryer made doing our laundry easy. The only negatives were the street noise and a very small shower."
