"When I visit Milan for my business trip, I usually stay at the Sheraton Malpensa. However, the price of the Sheraton was extremely high on my previous trip, so I searched for another accommodation and found Holiday Inn Express Milan-Malpensa. "From the front desk staff to maid service to the shuttle van driver, everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a shuttle van as our flight was early in the morning. Breakfast was pleasing and had a good selection. I enjoyed the coffee machine which was able to make espressos, cappuccinos, Americano’s or Doppio’s. My wife liked the tea selection as well.. "Water pressure in shower was very kow"

"Very close to the airport and plenty of parking. Room was tidied up daily. We were given the room on the ground floor and there were days especially in the morning when there were lots of noises like banging doors and trolleys passing by. Breakfast is fine. Maybe time to get a new bread toaster too as you need to hold the lever to toast it as it is broken😬. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay and staff were very nice, helpfl and accomodating."

"Our room was stiflingly hot and the staff did nothing to assist. They told us to open the window, despite having a sign posted to not open windows because some nasty looking bugs would come in. They refused to credit us any amount at all and only paid the €10 for our shuttle to the airport to compensate us."

"Washroom was clean. Room was mostly clean. Only thing was that dust collected super fast so I wonder if they vacuum. Location is right next to bus station. Views were beautiful "

"Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."
