"Bed was terrible!!"

"Our room was good. I really liked the sheets and bed, slept good. Def worth the price . The view was from the courtyard which was nice. We didn’t use the pool ran out of time. Fridge decent size in it. There is a DG & nice Goodwill across the street. Many restaurants etc surrounds it. The restaurant meals looked good but we didn’t eat. I got a medium black coffee and a small chocolate milk and it came out like $12! So you might as well go to Starbucks right down the road or Dunkin’s. Check out...

"I hesitated about whether to write this review as I don’t want to hurt a small family owned business but ultimately decided that there are factors here they can control and people need to know what they are booking. I have stayed in my fair share of budget accommodation. I am also not fussy or a germaphobe. But I had a very hard time not getting picked out by my room for the two nights I was there. "I've been here many times and love it. Rooms are always clean with dishes, forks, knives anything you could need to prepare meals. Even if you get a Bayside room the beach is still so close. This place is a very quiet not the partying type of beach. "
