"Room keys would not work constantly. Staff came at 9:00 pm stating pool was closed and he had to lock gates. At 10:30 pm went outside to see pool was still open, about 15-20 kids and adults still using. "

"Check in was good. We got there a bit earlier than 4 and only had to wait a little bit. Holly was amazing and very helpful. If you need more towels than what is in the room, be sure to ask at check in because when we asked the next day around 1, they didn't have any extra towels which was a bummer because we had just gotten back from the beach and needed to all shower. Breakfast was good. Many great choices. I love oatmeal and usually it is too runny, but theirs was good. The area for breakfast was clean too. Seating for breakfast was hit or miss. The staff was extremely nice. The room was nice. The drain was a bit slow in our bathtub but nothing too drastic to need a new room. The AC was super loud when running and a bit clunky sounding. Overall, a good stay and would return. "
